Aggregates self-declared crop data from 17 EU member states into a unified vector dataset with harmonized taxonomy through the Hierarchical Crop and Agriculture Taxonomy (HCAT), which maps heterogeneous national crop nomenclatures to machine-readable 10-digit codes. Provides georeferenced agricultural parcels as shapefiles with NUTS3 regional annotations for structured train/validation/test splits, distributed via Zenodo alongside country-specific mapping CSVs that enable cross-border agricultural monitoring and crop classification workflows.
