Leverages TensorFlow's Faster R-CNN object detection model to automatically identify and classify vehicles from NYC DOT camera feeds, enabling detection of illegal parking and lane obstruction. The pipeline ingests street camera images, trains on annotated vehicle data using transfer learning from COCO-pretrained weights, and outputs classified detections overlaid on processed images. Includes workflow automation via TensorFlow's train/eval monitoring with TensorBoard visualization and supports deployment on AWS Deep Learning AMI instances.
