Aggregates COVID-19 data from multiple credible sources (JHU, CTP, NYT, etc.) into standardized geospatial IDs and normalized formats across all administrative levels globally. Enriches case records with hydrometeorological variables, air quality indices, vaccination status, policy interventions from the Oxford tracker, and demographic stratification (age/sex). Outputs optimized formats including FST for machine learning pipelines, with epidemiological estimates of infections and reproduction numbers pre-computed.
