Stress, anxiety, and depression are threatening the mental health of people. People often share their feelings on social media platforms like on Instagram in the form of posts and stories, and on Reddit in the form of asking for suggestions about their life on subreddits. So, here is my project to detect stress using people's messages as dataset.

This tool helps mental health organizations or content creators identify individuals who may be experiencing stress based on their social media posts and messages. It takes text content from platforms like Instagram and Reddit as input and outputs an assessment of potential stress levels. The primary users would be mental health support teams or social media managers focused on well-being initiatives.
