A Machine Learning Project implemented from scratch which involves web scraping, data engineering, exploratory data analysis and machine learning to predict housing prices in New York Tri-State Area.
The project implements a complete ML pipeline with a custom web crawler for Trulia property listings, data preprocessing notebooks, and multiple deployment targets including a serverless API and web application frontend. It uses serialized models for inference, enabling real-time housing appraisal predictions across the tri-state region. The architecture prioritizes rapid prototyping with modular components designed for future scaling to additional data sources (Zillow) and distributed crawling.
