This repository contains the code and instructions to build a job recommendation system using machine learning. The system is designed to provide personalized job recommendations based on user preferences and historical job data. The data for this project is scraped from Glassdoor, and the system is deployed using the Azure cloud platform.
Implements TF-IDF vectorization with k-nearest neighbors to match job descriptions against user resumes, extracting skills via spaCy NLP pipelines. The Streamlit web interface enables resume upload and real-time recommendation ranking, while the backend containerizes via Docker and deploys on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) as a scalable microservice API with monitoring instrumentation.
