This project tracks and processes real estate deals from Yad2 and sends an email when a good deal is found
Leverages Yad2's email notification system integrated with AWS infrastructure—SES captures deal emails, Lambda parses them, and DynamoDB stores listings. Uses a Random Forest Regressor trained on historical deal data to predict unit prices and flag listings below predicted value as opportunities. Infrastructure is defined as code with Terraform for reproducible deployment.
