Chrome extension to flag fake news on Facebook. Built at HackPrinceton '16
Uses a Python backend server (containerized with Docker) that analyzes article credibility and communicates with the Chrome extension via HTTP requests. The extension intercepts Facebook feed content and queries the backend to display credibility flags directly on posts, targeting the algorithmic amplification of misinformation during the 2016 election cycle.
