Crowdsourced audio dataset containing nine sound samples per participant (breathing, cough, and phonation) with manually-annotated quality labels and demographic/health metadata (age, gender, location, COVID status, comorbidities). Data is organized by collection date with per-sample metadata CSVs, and the full dataset is published in Nature Scientific Data with a companion web application for real-time COVID-19 probability scoring based on respiratory acoustics.
