Scrapes Habr.com articles and generates summaries via YandexGPT's 300.ya.ru API, respecting rate limits during collection. Built with Streamlit for the web interface, Motor for async MongoDB persistence, and Beautiful Soup for HTML parsing. Containerized with Docker Compose for straightforward deployment with configurable environment variables for database credentials and API authentication.
