This is my Master's Degree Thesis repository. It's about Signal Modulation Classification (or Automatic Modulation Recognition) using Deep Learning.
Implements the FreeHand CNN architecture for recognizing analog and digital modulations in Software-Defined Radio (SDR) applications, with modular preprocessing pipelines including DFT and Module/Phase transformations. The project provides multiple dataset variants and custom libraries for data augmentation, IQ signal processing, and model evaluation, all structured as Jupyter notebook trainings optimized for GPU acceleration via TensorFlow with CUDA/cuDNN.
