The recommendation engine for Python software stacks and Dependency Monkey in project Thoth.
Dynamically constructs modular resolution pipelines that score Python packages based on runtime context (hardware, OS, Python version, security requirements), then uses reinforcement learning predictors (MCTS, TD-learning) to traverse the dependency graph and generate optimal software stacks. Integrates with pre-aggregated solver data and can inject/remove dependencies, fix underpinning issues, and enforce provenance checks across PyPI and custom package indexes.
