Provides a comprehensive data science runtime with integrated dataframe system, mathematical/machine learning libraries, and GDI+-based graphics for scientific visualization—targeting CLI environments on Windows, Linux, macOS, and supercomputing platforms. Extends VB.NET syntax with functional programming paradigms (fluent method cascading, LINQ pipelines, parallel computing) and includes an ODE scripting language for dynamics systems. Distributed via NuGet for .NET Framework 4.6+ with cross-platform support through Mono on Unix systems.
