Web application for the data-driven management of a small healthcare facility. Proof of Concept of a wider platform project in the Patient Satisfaction area
Built with Streamlit, the application combines patient satisfaction surveys using Likert-scale forms with real-time sentiment analysis of free-text comments to generate actionable KPIs for facility management. The backend integrates data entry, cloud storage, and analytics pipelines that feed interactive dashboards with filtering capabilities, enabling healthcare administrators to correlate patient feedback with operational metrics for data-driven decision-making.
