This tool helps medical professionals, such as doctors or nurses, assess the likelihood of a patient experiencing a death event due to heart failure. You input 12 patient-specific health indicators, either manually or by uploading a CSV file, and it outputs a prediction of mortality by heart failure. This is designed for healthcare providers in hospitals to quickly gauge patient severity.
