This tool helps software maintenance teams automatically understand and categorize incoming issue reports. It takes raw issue descriptions and uses machine learning to classify them as bug reports, enhancement requests, or support inquiries, and also predicts their priority level. Software project managers, development team leads, or maintenance engineers can use this to streamline their workflow.
