This is a Machine Learning project to create a "Movie Recommender System" and predict user ratings for movies using cosine similarity.
Integrates TMDB API for movie metadata and performs web scraping with BeautifulSoup4 on IMDb reviews for sentiment analysis. Implements multiple recommendation approaches including content-based filtering on genres, collaborative filtering via scipy's sparse SVD, and deep learning-based matrix factorization with neural embeddings. Deployed as a Flask web application providing comprehensive movie details alongside predicted ratings and sentiment-analyzed user reviews.
