Get annotation suggestions for the INCEpTION text annotation platform from spaCy, Sentence BERT, scikit-learn and more. Runs as a web-service compatible with the external recommender API of INCEpTION.
Supports both trainable and non-trainable classifiers through a pluggable architecture, with pre-built implementations for NER, POS tagging, sentence classification, mention detection, and sequence tagging using spaCy, Flair, scikit-learn, and transformer adapters. Built on a Flask-based server framework deployable via WSGI with gunicorn for multi-user support, includes a CLI tester for development without running INCEpTION, and provides a structured base class for implementing custom recommenders.
