Implements TextRank, a graph-based algorithm that models text as a network of sentences to identify and extract the most relevant content for summarization. Exposes both a web interface and REST API for programmatic access to summaries. Containerized with Docker support and compatible with Python 2.7 through 3.5, with active development toward Python 3.6 compatibility.
