Converts machine-optimized data types (timestamps, byte counts, numbers) into localized natural language through specialized formatting functions for dates, file sizes, lists, and numeric values. Supports 20+ locales including abbreviated English, with runtime i18n switching via gettext, plus precision control for time deltas and scientific notation rendering.
