Each artifact includes scope rules via `applyTo` patterns and is tagged for stability, enabling developers to selectively integrate curated AI personalities into VS Code and Visual Studio workflows. The project migrated from Copilot Extensions to the Model Context Protocol (MCP) standard, positioning stable components upstream while keeping experimental variants here.
