Bito CLI (Command Line Interface) provides a command line interface to the Bito AI chat functionality. Over time, CLI will add more functions and new command options to support complex automation and workflows. This is a very early Alpha version. We would love to get your feedback on the new features or improvements.
Supports non-interactive automation workflows through stdin piping, file-based prompts (`-p`), and context persistence (`-c`), enabling integration into shell scripts and CI/CD pipelines. Features slash commands for accessing locally-indexed code from the Bito IDE extension, enabling semantic code search and analysis. Distributed as platform-specific binaries for macOS, Linux, and Windows with multiple installation methods including Homebrew and AUR.
