Supports cross-platform LLM instruction formats (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenCode) with CLI tools to explode single instruction files into provider-specific formats and implode them back. Handles format conversion via YAML frontmatter parsing and glob-based file organization, with a download command to fetch and sync rules from remote repositories via GitHub API.
