Implements 12 distinct prompt-injection "skills" that inject substance-specific behavioral patterns into Claude Code and OpenAI Codex CLI through local `.claude/skills/` or `.agents/skills/` directories. Each skill defines three dosage levels (light/medium/extreme) that modulate intensity of personality traits like pattern-recognition (LSD), aggression (cocaine), or apathy (xanax), with some skills using dynamic context injection (git status/diff) to find project-specific tangents. Invoked as slash or dollar commands (`/lsd party [task]`), defaulting to medium dose when unspecified.
