An LLM Chatbot that dynamically retrieves and processes resumes using RAG to perform resume screening.
Combines hybrid retrieval—similarity-based RAG Fusion for complex job descriptions plus keyword-based lookup for specific candidates—with intelligent query classification to toggle retrieval on-demand. Uses LangChain, FAISS vector indexing, and small-to-big chunking to retrieve document fragments efficiently while conditioning the LLM generator on full-text resume context. Deployed via Streamlit with chat history support, enabling follow-up analysis tasks like cross-comparisons and summarization across candidate pools.
