Local Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) plugin for Claude Code that combines Chroma db vector embeddings with intelligent info retrieval with Multi-Agent Framework (MAF) orchestration for context-aware development assistance. Uses Open Source / Free frameworks. Implements bridge to Claude Code CLI so no token use. And it's easy to setup.
Implements a hybrid vector-semantic search engine using ChromaDB with HNSW indexing and optional cross-encoder reranking, combining keyword and embedding-based retrieval for improved accuracy. Built on Multi-Agent Framework for intelligent query routing, it processes documents locally (MD, PDF, DOCX, HTML, TXT) with automatic watchdog-based indexing while exposing a TCP server with real-time monitoring capabilities. Designed as a native Claude Code plugin via MCP protocol integration, eliminating API costs while enabling sub-100ms vector searches and context-aware code assistance without external dependencies.
