Wraps any LLM client with a composable chain of nine production guards—BudgetGuard, RateLimitGuard, TimeoutGuard, LoopGuard, ContextGuard, SchemaGuard, RetryGuard, ObservabilityGuard, and RegulatedGuard—each addressable via a single `wrap()` call. Provides deterministic guarantees: cost enforcement blocks before token emission, exact-duplicate loop detection injects diversity prompts, and schema validation self-heals via re-prompts. Integrates with OpenAI and Anthropic clients via drop-in adapters; maintains a SHA-256 chained audit log and supports optional semantic loop detection and regulated-domain risk scoring.
