Implements a complete retrieval-reading-analysis-synthesis workflow orchestrated through LangGraph nodes, where specialized agents (clustering, deep analysis, writing, retrieval) operate on extracted paper metadata stored in ChromaDB vectors. Features real-time SSE streaming for progress updates and parallel processing across paper reading, cluster analysis, and multi-agent chapter writing, with user review checkpoints at query formulation and content approval stages.
