Builds a semantic dependency graph using tree-sitter and SQLite, then layers multiple analysis modes on top: neural embeddings enable meaning-based code search, CrewAI agents handle autonomous refactoring with automatic file rollback, and a browser explorer visualizes call paths with AI-generated explanations. Supports six LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Groq, Ollama, Gemini, OpenRouter) and configurable embedding models from lightweight hash-based indexing to code-specialized neural networks.
