Built on FastAPI/React frontend with Tauri desktop wrapper for Apple Silicon, using SQLCipher for encrypted local storage. Features adaptive refinement that learns from previous notes, task parsing, correspondence generation, and an RSS-fed medical dashboard—all running without external dependencies or cloud connectivity.
