BichoBot é um chatbot desenvolvido para auxiliar calouros da Universidade Federal do Ceará – Campus Quixadá. Ele responde dúvidas frequentes sobre a vida acadêmica de forma rápida, precisa e centralizada, utilizando tecnologias modernas como RASA, RAG e LLMs (LLaMA 3).
Combines RASA for high-confidence intent classification with a RAG fallback pipeline using Ollama-hosted LLaMA 3 and Qdrant vector storage for handling open-ended queries. Integrates directly with Telegram for delivery and uses Sentence-Transformers for embedding generation across structured academic documents (PDFs, institutional guides). The modular architecture separates NLU training data, dialogue rules, and domain definitions, allowing topic-specific knowledge bases to be independently indexed and queried.
