Model Context Protocol (MCP) server for Genesys Cloud’s Platform API
Exposes ten specialized tools for querying Genesys Cloud contact center data—including queue analytics, conversation sentiment/topics, call quality metrics, and OAuth client usage—via stdio transport compatible with Claude Desktop and Gemini CLI. Authenticates using OAuth 2.0 credentials with granular permission scoping, allowing selective tool access based on assigned permissions. Includes an installable MCP Bundle (.mcpb file) for one-click Claude Desktop integration alongside direct npx configuration.
