An MCP server that runs AI-driven venture capitalist agents (Fred Wilson, Peter Thiel, etc.), whose thinking is continuously enriched by Octagon Private Markets' real-time deals, valuations, and deep research intelligence. Use it to spin up programmable "VC brains" for pitch feedback, diligence simulations, term sheet negotiations, and more.
Implements persona-based agent tools via the MCP protocol for use in Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Windsurf, with eight distinct VC profiles (Marc Andreessen, Peter Thiel, Reid Hoffman, etc.) that each apply characteristic investment frameworks to deal evaluation. Agents fetch live market data, portfolio context, and valuation metrics from Octagon's API, then synthesize analysis via OpenAI's language models to generate comparative critiques, term-sheet readiness assessments, and founder-fit recommendations. Deployed as a Python-based MCP server using pipx, making it composable across multiple AI IDE and chat environments.
