Implements a three-stage deliberation pipeline where multiple LLMs generate initial responses in parallel, then peer-review and rank each other's answers (anonymized to prevent bias), before a Chairman model synthesizes them into a final response. Available as a Python library, MCP server, or HTTP API that integrates with multiple LLM providers (OpenRouter, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) through pluggable gateway architecture with fallback support.
