Provides structured decision persistence across sessions and agents through a blackboard architecture—capturing rationale, alternatives, and confidence levels as they occur rather than relying on manual documentation. Implements semantic relevance scoring to assemble task-specific context within token budgets, and detects coordination conflicts between multi-agent workflows. Integrates as an MCP server with Claude Code (via plugin marketplace), Cursor, Windsurf, and other MCP clients, with an optional web dashboard for browsing decisions, findings, and a knowledge graph of file-decision relationships.
