Exposes NSO device management and service operations as MCP tools—including device sync status, configuration retrieval, and NED discovery—using stdio transport with asynchronous RESTCONF calls via the cisco-nso-restconf library. Provides environment resources summarizing NSO inventory (device counts, OS/model distributions, device groups) to give AI clients contextual awareness. Integrates with MCP-compatible clients like Windsurf Cascade and custom Python applications, configurable via command-line arguments or environment variables for flexible deployment.
