Implements signal triangulation by cross-referencing HelpScout support tickets against ProductLift feature requests, applying a weighted scoring formula that gives convergent signals a 2x priority boost. Runs as an MCP stdio server composable with other data sources (Metabase, Google Analytics) via `kpi_context` parameter, allowing external business metrics to override the prioritization formula. Includes built-in PII scrubbing (SSNs, credit cards, emails, phone numbers) before LLM analysis and exposes a versioned PM methodology resource based on 7 years of multi-product experience.
