Implements 12 specialized tools for granular Help Scout access—from keyword and tag-based conversation search to customer lookup, organization traversal, and thread history retrieval—with optional PII redaction and inbox scoping for compliance. Designed for MCP clients (Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code) and includes an optional **helpscout-navigator** plugin that adds guided navigation skills to help AI agents select the right tool for each query. Uses OAuth2 Client Credentials authentication with automatic token refresh and exponential backoff rate-limit handling.
