Implements a hierarchical agent coordination system with bidirectional messaging, enabling parent agents to delegate tasks to specialized executors (Amazon Q, Claude CLI) while maintaining oversight through status polling and real-time logs. Supports dynamic sub-agent configuration and inter-agent communication via `ask_parent`/`reply_subagent` tools, allowing sub-agents to request guidance during execution without blocking the parent agent.
