Azure AHDS FHIR MCP Server
Implements MCP tools for searching FHIR resources and accessing patient/clinical data through Azure Health Data Services, with support for both service-to-service (client credentials) and user-delegated (OAuth on-behalf-of) authentication flows. Uses stdio transport by default with optional HTTP transport for OAuth proxy integration, and exposes FHIR resources via the MCP resource protocol for standardized queries across Patient, Observation, Medication, and other clinical resource types.
