Provides 14 tools for the full translation lifecycle—including auto-translation via MCP sampling, orphan key detection, and bulk operations—all operating on streamed file chunks rather than loading entire locale files into context. Integrates with `@nuxt/kit` for automatic discovery of Nuxt layers and monorepo apps, supports per-project configuration (glossary, tone, layer rules), and works via stdio transport with any MCP host (VS Code, Cursor, Zed, Claude Desktop).
