Automated daily AI news briefing pipeline — Claude Code CLI spawns search agents across 9 topics (Claude Code, OpenAI/Codex, AI IDEs, agentic ecosystem, open source AI, startups, regulation, and more), compiles a two-tier TL;DR + full report, and publishes directly to a Notion database. Runs headlessly via macOS launchd on wake or on demand.
Leverages the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate Notion writes and WebSearch tools directly into Claude's agentic execution, enabling autonomous multi-step research without intermediate API calls. Built on platform-native schedulers (launchd and Task Scheduler) with optional webhook delivery to Teams and Slack, converting a single Adaptive Card format across channels via post-processing scripts. The pipeline executes entirely in Claude Code CLI's print mode—no custom agent framework needed—making it portable across macOS and Windows with minimal dependencies beyond the Anthropic API.
