leynier/mcp-sys-bridge
An implementation of the Model Context Protocol (MCP), acting as a simple bridge to native OS functionalities like clipboard management and URL handling.
Exposes four core tools—URL opening, clipboard operations, cross-platform system notifications, and datetime introspection—enabling MCP clients to interact safely with OS capabilities. Built as a lightweight Python server deployable via `uvx` without separate installation, integrating directly into MCP-compatible clients through stdio transport. Uses `plyer` for cross-platform notification delivery across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
