Persists full JSON payloads in SQLite while returning either inline data (`full`) or compact schema references (`schema_ref`) to reduce token consumption, enabling agents to run focused Python queries against stored artifacts. Intercepts MCP tool calls and CLI command output to enforce deterministic schema mapping, automatic pagination completion tracking, and outbound secret redaction before returning to the model. Benchmarks show 99% accuracy on factual questions with 95.4% token reduction compared to context-stuffed baselines.
