Implements MCP tools for in-process list management and real-time output streaming to temp files, with configurable batch sizes and agent-specific CLI arguments. Spawns external AI agent CLIs (Claude Code, Google Gemini, OpenAI Codex) with 5-minute timeouts and auto-accept flags, or executes shell commands with `$item` variable substitution across batches of up to 10 parallel processes.
