Implements two core tools—`process_list` with flexible filtering by CPU/memory thresholds, user, and status, plus `process_kill` for termination—built on the MCP protocol using `psutil` for cross-platform process introspection. Integrates directly with Claude Desktop and Cursor via stdio transport, deployable instantly via `uvx` or as a persistent local tool using uv's package management.
