Provides three specialized web search tools (full-page extraction, snippet-only summaries, and single-URL fetching) using a fault-tolerant multi-engine strategy that prioritizes Bing → Brave → DuckDuckGo with automatic fallback between fast HTTP requests and headless browser automation. Implements concurrent content extraction with dedicated browser instances per engine, HTTP/2 error recovery, and configurable relevance filtering to optimize both speed and result quality for local LLM integration via stdio transport.
