Implements a dual architecture with an MCP server layer (handling tool registration and stdio transport) plus a standalone `GitHubClient` for direct API calls, both backed by token-based authentication and comprehensive error handling. Integrates with Claude and other MCP-compatible AI clients through standard protocol bindings while providing TypeScript type definitions for all operations.
