The Optuna MCP Server is a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server to interact with Optuna APIs.
Exposes Optuna's core optimization and visualization capabilities—including study/trial management, multi-objective Pareto front analysis, and nine plotting functions—as MCP tools callable by LLM clients. Runs as a configurable stdio server integrated with Claude Desktop and other MCP clients, supporting persistent storage via SQLite or remote backends. Enables LLMs to autonomously suggest hyperparameters, report trial results, and interactively visualize optimization landscapes through a web dashboard.
