Provides automatic PII sanitization and custom data processors to control sensitive information flow, while supporting multiple authentication methods (bearer, API key, basic) and exporter types (OTLP HTTP/gRPC, console). The SDK wraps the standard MCP server with a single `instrumentServer()` call to inject trace and metric collection, configurable via sampling rates and batch timeouts to balance observability overhead.
